Interim Report

The Independent Review of the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC) operates at arm's length from both the Government of Prince Edward Island and IRAC. Its reports are published here as they are released.

The Interim Report, released September 18, 2026, sets out what the Review has heard since May and the directions for change it is considering ahead of the final report.

The report is provided now so Island residents and other stakeholders can consider the Review's thinking and respond before the final report.

Comments are welcome on any part of the Interim Report. Three questions are especially useful. What makes sense to you? What has the Review missed? What would you change?

The final report is due November 1, 2026.
